Police are investigating a robbery that took place at a busy Kansas City, Mo., Quik Trip Thursday morning.
Police said the robbery occurred at 6:15 a.m. at the Quik Trip located at 44th and Main. Police said the suspect handed the clerk a misspelled note demanding money. No one was injured in the incident.
OK, well, maybe this isn’t another reason to homeschool. Homeschooling doesn’t guarantee anything. It doesn’t guarantee that your child will be a great speller or that he won’t rob a convenience store. Hopefully, you will have taught your child values and morals along the way that aren’t taught in government schools that will keep your child from committing crimes no matter what his situation is.
This story made me chuckle We have absolutely no description of the robber. We aren’t even told if the robber is a male or female. There is no indication as to race or color (we can’t do that anymore, that’s racist), age, clothing, or anything else that might identify this person. All we know is that he/she can’t spell.
To think that someone’s prison sentence might be riding on his spelling skills.
